I have Flow bindings for my board and have done for the last 5 years. I can't really remember what it felt like using strap bindings anymore (apart from the hassle of getting them on)
Has anyone used both recently and can give a fair appraisal of both systems.
Thinking of getting a new board and wondering if I should go back to straps at the same time.
