While the HTC HD2 is / should be officially available in Switzerland, the Motorola Milestone probably won't be. That's because Motorola has left the building, so to speak: they closed their Swiss website and stopped trading phones in Switzerland. The only way to get the Milestone is by either importing one yourself or have someone (like digitec) import one for you.
