I'll take the other view.
I think it's a forum and part of the reason for this place is criticising, as well as praising, companies and their services. Deleting serious comments about the way a company has dealt with its customers is unacceptable and above all unhelpful.

I also don't believe the legal action thing would work, they wouldn't have a leg to stand on.
