There seem to be two people now who have replied to a very old posting from muze7 which is at the bottom of page 1. Muze7 has since got cablecom, and that question was answered (now several times) a long time ago.

Remember that if you see a new posting and multiple pages are listed click the last page to see the latest posting, otherwise you'll get the last posting from the first page - not very helpful, especially if you reply to it.
