Put your right foot out at 45° right of centerer. Do the same with your left foot in the opposite direction. Place 80% of your weight on your right foot and push gently forwards with your right leg transferring your weight to the left foot which starts rolling forward. At the same time lifting the right foot off the ground.
Repeat this with the left foot and so on.
That'll be CHF100 for the first lesson.
