Focusor Fail - it's that simple. Mick’s talk is an excellent overview of whyfocus matters if you want to succeed, how focus directly influencesyour results and how to obtain focus (or re-focus). Mick will present amethodology for startups of how to find focus, keep it and execute onit. He'll take some real examples from the audience and demonstrate howto apply the approach. We'll then invite the audience to share storiesof focus failure and success through focus, and what their learningswere.
Cost: No cost for the workshop. Ordering lunch is optional on own tab.
