In which way does it make somebody vulnerable? The OP did not order it, so there is no paperwork that allows Apple to charge a credit card. Trust me, they would not dare this or they have a high chance to end up on "Kassensturz" or similar TV programs.

And the OP might get a phone bill that does show when a call has been made. But in principle, he has not to prove anything. They have to search the computer and ask for it. The OP never said that he did not receive a computer but quite the opposite...
