It might be a good idea to go to an ENT (Ears, Nose and Throat specialist) because what you are describing doesn't sound like asthma at all. Asthma is a lung disorder/inflection and has nothing to do with mucus. Instead of getting second hand info from us forumites go see a specialist.
P.S. I was treated for asthma for more than 10 years only to find out that I don't have asthma at all. Always get a second opinion, especially with problems that have no definitive test. | |

I think she was refering to the dosage for Seretide >(depending on the person's weight).
As for Asthma not being ASthma, I believe this is particularly important in smokers who can develop a bronchitis astham look alike...
