Cork, Ireland via UPS Holland. Even the UPS sticker had a 3kg weight for a 13kg box.....

UPDATE: The question everyone's asking me now is how long will I wait before taking further action. Answer: a "reasonable amount of time". Any takers on "reasonableness"?
