At the current stage it is not clear to me who is what as far as the bank located in Gva (EFG International)- is it a Greek bank which operates in CH? Is it a branch or subsidiary of a Greek bank?...

Please feel free to answer privately if you must (we wouldn't want to expose EF to retaliation from the banking community now, wouldn't we?).

Moody's rating A2 (unsure how up to date).

EFG have expanded rapidly and recruited intensively. Also very active in Dubai (draw your own conclusions) and elsewhere in Middle East, etc..
