Yes, but she apparently speaks none of the local languages. And this is pretty bad if you are looking for a job in advertising (and there are not that many jobs at the moment anyway...).
I guess her chances are slim, but she could try to use her weakness as a strength and look to find a job where being Korean is an advantage. I believe some trade chambers are always good to call. Either they might have an opening themselves for a junior business person or helpt to find employers dealing with Korea.
