I have seen this as a common suggestion for people suffering from all sorts of ailments but my question is, if you cut out so much dairy, how do you ensure you are getting enough calcium? As a woman this is pretty important.

I know you can get it from sources such as sardines and some vegetables but surely dairy products offer the most abundant supply?
