We have lived in Geneva for almost 5 years and are considering buying a house. However, right now we can not afford anything in Geneva (that is not right on the motorway or on the landing path of airplanes) and we are therefore considering moving to Vaud. We have 2 kids under 3 and we both work full-time in Geneva. What is it like to live in a small Swiss village? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
