So a non eu student will not get any loan from the bank (is it??) because basically a non eu student need 2000chf bank statment per month to apply a student permit. if i have 2000chf per month, i guess i dont need help from the bank in this case.

i am a non eu student tried so hard to find the way to study here, but without that money for the school , plus the bank statment crap, is that another way?
