Re: London > Top Restaurant Tip Please ?

"Madrid" restaurant in Zürich old town serves good food, and will separate you quickly from you hard-earned cash. They do a great whole-fish-baked-in-salt which represents some serious boat-pushing.

Hi,

First thanks to Evilshell for separating this out from the other thread, sorry for any confusion

Nanda, yes I had a look at the link and thanks for that

As regards the questions above, budget really isn't much of a problem - we've been friends for years (and were seeing each other for a year or so inbetween periods of friendship), and it's not often I get to "splash the cash" on giving her a treat so on this occasion I'm quite happy to push the boat out a bit.

I eat absolutely everything, my friend used to live in Madrid, so any Spanish/Mexican food is a good choice, she tends to avoid red meat, enjoys Chinese and Italian but not Indian.

There's already a few places in Zug that I have in mind (the Italian restaurants by the lake, Almodo bar, etc) but would like to be able to take her somewhere a bit special the night before she leaves
