| One criticism i would make of Swiss Tap Water....you can't make a decent cup of tea with it. Then again, that's my experience everywhere outside the UK and Ireland (and all hotels in the UK ).
But perhaps I should force myself to be drinking tea out here rather than the water having come across this old article..... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/5281046.stm Tea 'healthier' drink than water The researchers recommend people consume three to four cups a day Drinking three or more cups of tea a day is as good for you as drinking plenty of water and may even have extra health benefits, say researchers. The work in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition dispels the common belief that tea dehydrates. Tea not only rehydrates as well as water does, but it can also protect against heart disease and some cancers, UK nutritionists found. | |

There is quite a lot of fluoride in tea... so, you should not drink too much.
