That's how it goes... Bear in mind that the same company may give different experiences to different people. Some people may have had bad experiences, which doesn't make your "good" experience invalid, just as your good experience doesn't necessarily invalidate their bad experiences. In all probability you are both right. Insurance companies usually show their true colours when it is time to pay YOU though. They are very good when the money is going in the other direction

Glad your situation wasn't as bad as you previously thought.
