That's how it goes... Bear in mind that the same company may give different experiences to different people. Some people may have had bad experiences, which doesn't make your "good" experience invalid, just as your good experience doesn't necessarily invalidate their bad experiences. In all probability you are both right. Insurance companies usually show their true colours when it is time to pay YOU though. They are very good when the money is going in the other direction

Me too! Although, as I mentioned earlier I had an accident two weeks after I signed up with them and they paid a CHF 50,000 hospital bill without my having to do a single thing. That is why I like them so much.
