Oh, one thing for you Americans, make sure you get your title documents back from these guys. Maybe I made the mistake of showing it to them but they were going to keep it (probably because it 'looked official'). They didn't seem to understand that, in the US, the registration and the title are two separate documents. I finally convinced them to make themselves a copy. According to the fellow at the window: 'No one's ever asked for that back before'......
