There are 2 on that list in Lenzerheide/Valbella (Graubuenden) which are about 1 1/2 hours from Zurich.

Outside of hotels, Flumserberg, Flims/Laax, Wengen, Lech (Austria) are some that do childcare or have a list of babysitters. Best to check the websites of those for more details.
