| Ok, I have just returned from Tannenboden( below Flumserberg), lots of snow up there and I was enquiring about our group ski-ing. I almost secured a date by booking it for 5 of us, but it was too much of a risk.
She said MONDAY 8TH FEB is a good date, and we just need to turn up that morning and book ourselves in. Weekends are a no go.
So who is up for Monday 8th Feb 2010?

Suggest we meet for a coffee on Saturday 30th January,just to meet each other. ( offer also extended to non-ski virgins, who just fancy coffee)
Suggest: Starbucks Bahnhofstrasse between 8am and 9am ( I know its early, but I want to bag a table for all of us, plus it gives everyone time to amble off shopping afterwards) ;-)
Methods of transport to Flumserberg.
Train:
32.60 return ( with halb-tax), includes ski-lift. Zh Hbf to Ziegelbrucke, change and get Regionalbahn to Unterterzen.
Group travel: +10 people, we may be able to qualify for an " all-zone" return ticket ( halbtax, 12.70)
Renting a car through mobility:
Mini-van takes 7 people- 4.20Chf an hour.
Though I think there is a joining fee, reduced if the person signing up has a halb tax.

Equipment and price.
