To give you a better idea, I am at home and I don't like to go to a gym. I tried so many time, and I always give up. Not for me.
I am in good shape, I am 57 kilo for 165cm. I have a good muscle structure since I've always been active. I do pilates at home 2-3 times a day and I feel my muscles in my stomach, legs and my bum coming back pretty fast. I have this ''luck'' to go back fast in shape.
I want to use Wii fit for some variety and change in the routine. A friend of mine use it for yoga and boxing and has a great fun with it.
I am not looking to build on cardio but muscles. Since muscles burn fat, it is better for me. That's why I am interested to hear from your experiences.  | |
