Re: Did Wii FIT you?

Reading all these quick posts I also can't wait praising WII. Wii counts the days you started, today I did my exercise for the 623th day on it. My experience is quite wonderful, we enjoy it more as our family time. When Dad forget to play on WII my son/me gets quick reminder to pay attention to DAD. It also has your daily weight chart along with the calories burned and calories of food. (in new WII fit plus). If you do/play games on WII Fit, your body will be more flexible and toned but don't expect to reduce your weight. Funniest part is that once when my 40+ old friend (with a figure of 30+) tried WII plus she got a weird 'fitness tip'-- when old age sets in your lower body gets weak early' of course she took that as challange and at the end of excercises she got age 24 as her Wii fit age. (no wonder she bought WII plus on next day)

So if you are ready to spend it's worth. All from age 3 to 99 will enjoy WII plus.
