There are too many parrots to be rehomed at the moment. Breeders will sell to anyone who wants to pay. They don't ask questions. All too often the decision to buy parrots was an impulsive one and not well thought through. Apartments and parrots don't mix. Perhaps you should consider rehoming your birds where they will have the best possible environment.
