I think your real question is : Will I be driven from the premises with a sharp stick by the current lady that owns it when she is insulted by what you are implying ? Probably. But insist upon it anyway.

the apartment is pretty new (2001). it is well done, has beautiful wooden floor, nice kitchen and bathrooms. everything look nice, but the question is do things really work ? for sure yes, but how can i really know it? I mean we went through the apartmnet with the owner and we were never left alone (well that is still her place). so i dont know whether the shower is working well, the buth tube is not stuck, the heating or the washing machine makes noise and so on.
is it possible to try the apartment for half a day or so before finally signing the contract
