This is my first post to this site.

I have an Irish Skycard through what used to be Skycards.net, now Storesatellite.com. I am having certain difficulties with them which I need to resolve. However, the phone number quoted on their website is never answered and has a permanent message inviting callers to email them. I have emailed them several times but have not received any reply.

I also note that the Storesatellite website does not have a business or correspondence address for the organisation.

Has anybody else had difficulties with Storesatellite.com or know if they are still in business or where they can now be contacted? Any information gratefully received and appreciated.
