McGuinness's Irish Pub (just a bar, doesn't serve food, though you can order pizza to eat in) has disabled access and a disabled toilet on the ground floor.

There'll need to be somebody who can handle steps though, because access is via a side door which is normally locked - just ask someone behind the bar to open the door.
