Regarding the horse comments....... if I was in Australia, where all my equine friends are located, I would be delighted to let either of you (and your children) spend as much time with my big reliable softy (Rumba) as you like! But unfortunately here the best I can do is meet people interested in riding and go on one of those trail rides you have to pay for or something. Sorry if my comment was misleading!

ibis21 - I love Solothurn! I think its so so pretty and I always make my friends come look at it with me when they visit. If you can find someone near you who has horses and doesnt mind people coming and giving them carrots or something I would gladly take your children for a walk to visit them. I have a lot of free time/spend a lot of time alone doing nothing, so the contact with kids and horses would be really great for me too!
I should also just add though that I am in the frantic stages of deciding whether or not to go back to Australia to study or not.. so I can't guarantee I'll be around for that long.... but I hope I will be!!!!! I really don't want to leave! Just not sure what is the right thing for me to do errrrrrrr!!

eggtenor - as long as I'm still here, a drink sometime would be cool. I'm sure my (English speaking/Australian) partner would love to come.. as he needs friends and a life too! (jonjon you are of course invited too!!)
