Have skycards.net/Storesatellite ever responded to your e-mails? I recently attempted to e-mail support@skycards.net and received a delivery failure message. My credit card details have changed making it impossible to pay Storesatellite. As a result, the packages I pay for have been deactivated. :-(
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

There's often been complaints about skycards now storesatellite.net.
I have to say I've had no problems at all and yes, they respond to any support requests in a reasonable time - my last contact was last Saturday, I received a response Sunday. The email address I used was
sales@storesatellite.com
I always use this one, even if it is a support question - I guess sales enquiries may be read first

On the issue of credit cards expired, this happened to me too, the first time. The solution is to go to the website online shop and 'buy' the "change credit card" product which then allows you to add a new credit card. The second time my card expired I did this in advance and there was no interuption of service.
Accepting that others have different experiences, they get the thumbs up from me and I would recommend them.
