Iam an Indian citizen. I have a query about how and what should be declared in the Tax declaration form about the Shares/Securities I hold.

I have some some shares from SMI and NYSE market segment. I have the Interest statement from the broker, I only says about the cash balance I have and not about the securities I hold.
