The problem you were having, btw. is caused by a security feature Google deliberately put in for business users - if your phone gets stolen and someone puts a different SIM-card in, the data connected to the Google account becomes inaccessible until you enter the account password........
I just know one thing for sure: I'll never go back to Windows Mobile 6.x - desktop syncing is the only thing that's better about it - apart from that, it sucks massively. | |

If thats googles explanation I'm not buying it, with the foreign sim in it i can still browse my contacts and read emails that have already been downloaded, what I can't do is view my calendar and browse the market. If it is a security feature then they've implemented it inconsistently.
I was really looking forward to getting rid of windows mobile I think after x years in the market it's a disgrace that it's so unresponsive but I'm gaining a new found grudging respect for it. For interest, heres a thread I commented on, with some android v windows mobile functionality thoughts
