You can apply at Indian Consulate,Zurich. The address is:

Documents required(Photocopy):
1.Passport and residence permit of you and your wife.
2. Birth certificate of your child.
3. Completely filled form :http://www.indembassybern.ch/pdf-dow...0FOR%20NRI.pdf
4.You may be required to show your salary slip (sometime asked).

You may be required to present 'physically' with your child so keep all the originals ready.
