The only way you can avoid UK taxes is to spend less than 90 nights per tax year there. That way you can be classed as "Not Ordinarily Resident" for UK tax purposes. The UK tax year runs 6 April to 5 April. You either need to call the Tax Office in Newcastle or your local one to tell them this or get a UK accountant to handle your tax affairs for you. Good luck!
