I updated to 2.0.1. the day before yesterday (it's now officially available) after a couple of months of 2.0 and fiddling around and immediately did a factory reset. After this I isntalled the Android 2.1 launcher and all the other 2.1 goodies (as well as my other main apps) and it is smooth as a babies bum... the launcher, homescreens etc are all silky smooth and it really is a different phone.

The browser is still a bit juddery sometimes, but i'm certainly not noticing anything worse than before.

My Milestone is now rocking my world.
