Thanks AbFab, yes I do, and that is who I contacted today and visited at the main office. He told me he could not do anything about it and if I want to transfer again I would have to add 47.50 to each transfer to cover for the costs...I told him I'd use western union...
What I will do is I will use my Dutch bank account to make the transfers...
