Okay then, you have to make up your own mind but I can tell what I would do if it was me. I would convert NOK to CHF and transfer that to my Swiss Bank since the bank in Norway says they will do this free of charge. Over the short term, in terms of FX risk CHF vs Euro, the trend is your friend if you stay in CHF. Once you've done that, you decide whether to keep it in CHF or FX some into Euro. Or you could half and half etc.
