I do not believe you will get a swiss mortage on UK property. What the banks are willing to do . If you are able to put up something as collateral eg a house here in Switzerland would be to increase the mortage on your house in Switzerland . They would then give you the cash to use as a UK mortage. Bear in mind that this info will be passed on to the taxing authorities. You would then have to declare the property overseas on your taxable income. The amount for this is however minimal.
