Just the soju (soy sauce). You can add some wasabi if you want some more heat. Important point, do not soak your sushi in the soy sauce. Just a dab. The ingredients tend to be quite delicate and you do not want to overpower it with the sauce. Its just to add some saltiness to bring out the flavor.

Always get a shiver, when I see people pay a fortune for blue fin tuna (one of the hardest foods I have tried to stop eating), then drop the sushi into soy sauce to the point where the sushi starts to disintegrate. There should never be any rice floating in your soy sauce.
