UBS is especially friendly to students. They offer a "Campus" account with no fees, good interest rates, plus a Euro >25 card, which gives you discounts and free entry to museums/etc. They also have some kind of loyalty club(?) which sends discounts for shops like H&M, Thalia Books, etc. They also give you a Mastercard with no fees - great for booking travel online.
