Be careful about the wording of any employment contract you sign!

Despite being a specialist on a short term contract with an L permit (less than one year) and maintaining a property abroad, I have been denied thousands of CHFs owed to me because the agency contract I signed had the line "can work on any number of tasks or projects for the client" (somewhat paraphrased).

I should add that a tax advisor said that I would qualify for all the expat expense claims. Yet she was sadly wrong. (We appealed it and still lost)

Make sure that any contract you sign specifically ties you down to a fixed project or set of tasks and is not as vague as mine was.
