Obviously, I haven't used it myself. But I have seen it in action (have a look at the official ads, for example) and I have read a quick review by some journalist who got a closer look at it after the demonstration in San Francisco earlier this year. It doesn't have tactile feedback and the keys seem to be very small. There is a software component which is designed to automatically correct mis-typed words - I guess it will all hinge on the quality of the latter. I seriously doubt it'll correct Swiss-German, though - the language I usually type my short messages in.
I also toyed with the Prada phone at the Orbit in Zurich a couple of weeks ago and found the on-screen keyboard utterly lacking.
While I might be wrong, I dare say that the keyboard will be nowhere as useable as that on Blackberry devices.
