Yes health insurance on top (unless you are lucky to have the employer pay). I am not knowledgeable in specific details; they do vary. There may be some minor insurances you have to get (liability, for example), but these will be under 1%. But you may want to get back to HR and say their figure doesnt make any sense according to your research. Surely they must be able to provide a breakdown.

But 15% seems a reasonable figure to use.
