The stupid starts once you get into the country, though. For instance Dr's get through the immigration system only to hit internal systems that force them to restudy for years! You then end up with the stupid STUPID situation of a Dr driving a taxi. Of course that taxi drive is welcome to explore clean green NZ's great outdoor lifestyle once they complete their weekend night shift...

Canada is similar...point system and the stupid starts once you get in. It is changing though. The last 7 years have seen many programs.
