well, at least he (author) has a point... contrary to the Gaddafi of course.
i would be also extremely angry in his situation, alhough he could instead of sitting and drinking, move through gates earlier and be on time... (so i would also be angry at myself...)
But there is something in Switzerland with 'we don't care' attitude , no matter what happens, it's always customer fault. Will it ever change? | |

I simply do not see your point. For customs officials anywhere you never are a customer, but somebody who has to be grateful to be allowed past their controls. I have seen that in many countries, it is all the same. The only exceptions I ever saw are the customs officials at the airports of Dublin and Amman.
