A little too soon to post this up, but still thought why not!

An going away for a week August 7th-14th, and
and am letting my studio out for the week while I'm gone. I'm not making a profit here, just want to cover the rent while I'm gone, and more importantly give someone a roof over their head!

It's in Kreis 3, in Wiedikon on Weststrasse.

It's 25m2, this includes kitchen and bathroom.
I moved in 6 months ago and had it painted ( white, though did fancy luminous pink!

The amount ( Please PM me) for the week, covers what I spend on rent and food in a week.
It includes:
*A central location
*25m2 of space
*A single mattress.
*A stocked fridge.
* Cutlery and pots, ect.
*A free beer.
*Towels and bedlinen.
*lift
*Sunny, warm apartment.
*Use of my modem if you have a laptop.
*A great Pancake bar/cafe opposite!

Though it suits 1 person brilliantly, it is possible to share, as I have a wall-bed too.

Will do my best to make you feel at home, or be it a home away from home!

*References essential.
*Non smoker
*Expect the place to be found as I left it.
.

I still have no idea how to post photos so-
PM me with you email address for photos, the cost and any other details you require.
Two things I would recommend: the tenant must show proof of liability insurance and that you check your lease, some don't permit you to let anyone else stay in your apartment if you are not there without informing management.
