Yep, I just sat on the balcony and twiddled the dish around a bit until I got a signal on the Sky box (I fed the signal from the box out to a portable telly). A bit of fine tweaking on the Skew of the LNB and all was fine.
For the OP, a 0.3db NF LNB is recommended. That just means it amplifies the signal from the dish a bit better. You can pick them up from Media Markt for 40CHF and up.
