I meantioned the Swiss authorities because there are several notirious cases like that. Also, laws that would prevent victims from receiving further abuse didn't come into effect until a few years ago. | |

the worst thing is some of the best people in the world to be parents can't have kids!!! then idiots like this guy come along and can reproduce without a problem!!
a good friend of mine tried for years to have kids and is in the process ....the very long process of trying to adopt!! and it makes her so mad and upset to see people have kids who don't deserve them!!
