Please can someone advise me on the process for releasing money from an apartment rent account with UBS upon termination of a contract - is it a case of landlord and tennant going into a branch with ID, or are there specific forms to complete? The account was opened by me, and is visable when I log in. I will go into a branch to enquire, but my french is still somewhat basic, and having a heads up as to what to expect would be very appreciated!

Apologies if this has been answered in an earlier thread - i did try multiple searches before posting! Also failed to find anything of use on the UBS website...
