UBS have a form for that. Both you and the landlord will need to sign it and the deed is done. Contact your branch, give them your account no. and ask them to send you a form to release the funds. They will fill in all the account info for you (generally). You then have to state how much of the deposit goes to you (and which account) and how much (if any) goes to the landlord (with account details). You both sign, submit to the bank and they will carry out the transfer.
