Re: EF Snow Hound Snow & Rail Day

Wow,

Flattered to see the kudos before I finished apres ski!

Very humbling to see 16 people show up for the event - a record for EF snow hound ski days in 2010! It is great to spend the day with folks that are passionate about skiing, which is my one and only goal in arranging these events. The feedback I receive inspires me to continue organizing more, so thanks for contributing to making the day special for me.

Apologies to Papa G and Mama G, should have better expressed the changing weather conditions but the visibility was much better before you arrived. By all accounts looks like Radix was right, Andermatt was the better option today!

Pizol is a great resort close to the Zurich. Experience now tells me it is best to extend your runs down to the top half of the gondola on the Wangs side and determine where you ski based on the conditions that day.

In spite of the bad visibility, we had a great crew show up whose spirit and enthusiasm made up for the ever changing soup elevation!

Hope to get one more in before the year is done, here are some picks of the day.
